We propose a digital as well as a physical version on some products.

I'd like a picture to be made! Do I pay first or do I contact you before?
You can do as you wish. Generaly, customers contact us on the live-chat first.

What if I am not satisfied with the result? Will I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied with the product, I will be more than happy to amend it until you're completely satisfied. However if you're still no satisfied and want a refund, then we will issue a full refund. No questions asked!

I have bought a digital portrait but I have no printer. How can i print the picture?
